2 cups all purpose flour 麵粉240ml
3 eggs 蛋3顆
1/4 cup butter 牛油60ml
3 tbsp sugar 糖44 ml
3 cups milk 牛奶360ml
1.combine flour, eggs, butter and sugar.
2.Add milk 1/2 cups per time. Make sure that the batter is smooth before adding more.
3.pour 1/3 cups more or less of the batter into a pan. Swirl it around the edges until it covers the whole pan.
4.to know when the crepe is ready, lift the edges to see if the bottom is golden brown. Cook until edges are slightly crisp.
