Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour 麵粉240ml
3 eggs 蛋3顆
1/4 cup butter 牛油60ml
3 tbsp sugar 糖44 ml
3 cups milk 牛奶360ml
Steps:
1.combine flour, eggs, butter and sugar.
把麵粉、蛋、牛油和糖拌勻。
2.Add milk 1/2 cups per time. Make sure that the batter is smooth before adding more.
一次60ml的將牛奶倒入。要留意麵糊均勻時再加下60ml牛奶。
3.pour 1/3 cups more or less of the batter into a pan. Swirl it around the edges until it covers the whole pan.
倒40ml麵糊入煎盤,並使麵糊覆蓋整個煎盤。
4.to know when the crepe is ready, lift the edges to see if the bottom is golden brown. Cook until edges are slightly crisp.
煎至邊邊微脆,底部金黃。

Hello, sorry it took me so long to reply. I am a high school student in Taiwan. Me and my friends decided to create this recipe sharing platform. We have a Facebook page also a YouTube channel both in the name of WINNIES CULINARY CLASSROOM.
I used WordPress. I think that though it has its problems, it’s still a good site to start blogging. I’m an amateur so I don’t really know any professional sites.
