Brown sugar pound cake
1 1/2 cups cake flour 低筋麵粉 200g
1-2 tsp Baking powder 泡打粉少許
1 cup Brown sugar 紅糖 150g
7/8 cup Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油 200g
4 Eggs
Nuts and dried fruit(optional) 果乾 核桃

1. Cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Then add eggs one at a time and mix them well.
2. Sift the flour and the baking powder into 1. and mix them
3.Add dried fruit or nuts (optional)
4.Finally, put the batter into an oven (about 170°C) and bake until a chopstick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
