Italian biscuits
Ingredients:
4 cups flour 麵粉600克
1 cup sugar 糖250克
1 1/3 cups butter (soften) 牛油300克
6 egg yolks 蛋黃6個
Sugar decorations (optional) 裝飾 可有可無

Steps:
1.Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until a firm dough forms. put in the fridge covered by a plastic wrap for one hour.
把以上除了裝飾的材料拌在一起,直到有一個扎實的麵團。把麵團包起來,放入冰箱一小時。
2.Roll the dough out to a 1/4 inch thickness and cut the dough in to desired shape. Then place them on a baking sheet.
把麵團揉出,並切成想要的造型,放置在烤盤上。
3.bake the biscuits at 190 degrees For 10 minutes
在190度烤餅乾10-15分
