Lava brownies
Ingredients 食材:
1.1 stick butter 牛油一條
2.4 ounces chocolate 巧克力110g
3.1/4 cups sugar 糖60ml
4.2 whole eggs 蛋2顆
5.3 egg yolks蛋黃3顆
6.1/2 cup all-purpose flour 麵粉120ml

Steps 步驟:
1.Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius. Grease 4 muffin cups
預熱烤箱到210度,並在四個馬芬烤盤抹油。
2.Microwave the butter, chocolate in a large bowl on high until the butter is melted, about 1 minute. Whisk until the chocolate is also melted.
微波牛油和巧克力直到牛油完全融化,並攪拌使巧克力也融化。
3.Stir in the sugar until well blended. Whisk in the eggs and egg yolks. Stir in the flour. Divide the mixture among the muffin cups.
把糖拌入使融合,並攪入蛋與蛋黃,最後拌入麵粉。把麵糊分裝至馬芬烤盤。
4.Bake until the sides are firm and the centers are soft, about 13 minutes. Let stand 1 minute.
考至外皮夠強、內部柔軟,大約13分,靜置1分。
