Apple tarts 蘋果塔

2/3 cup flour 麵粉

3 Tbsp unsalted butter 無鹽奶油

1 Tbsp canola oil 油

1/2 tsp sugar 糖

1/8 tsp salt 鹽

1 Tbsp ice-cold water 冰水

2 apples, cut into slices 蘋果切成薄片

2 Tbsp sugar (Topping) 糖塔料
  3 Tbsp butter, cut into small cubes (Topping) 無鹽奶油塔料Steps:

1.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.                                                                                                             預熱烤箱至200度

2.For the dough, put the flour, half melted butter, oil, sugar, and salt in a bowl then mix thoroughly, until the mixture resembles sand. add the Tablespoon of ice water then remove from the bowl and form into a flat dough. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.                                                                                                            把麵粉、半融的奶油、油、糖和鹽放入碗裡攪拌,當其像是沙子時,再加冰水。把混合物壓成麵團並冷藏20-30分。

3.Lightly flour a work surface and roll the ball of dough into a thin layer, around 1/4 inch thick. Then cut it into a nice round circle. Carefully transfer the dough to a large cookie sheet.                                                                                                                                                                    在工作表面撒上麵粉,並將麵團壓成薄層,約0.5公分厚。然後把它切成一個大圓圈。小心地將麵團轉移到烤盤上。

4.Arrange the apple slices, alternating them nicely on top of the dough. Sprinkle the apple with sugar and put butter cubes on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the fruit is soft and the dough nicely browned.                                                                                                                              安排蘋果切片,交替在麵團的頂部。在蘋果上撒糖,並放幾塊奶油於其上。烘烤30至35分鐘,直到水果是軟的,麵團爲漂亮棕色。
