Apple cakes 蘋果蛋糕 Made by IGOR何紹宇, adminIngredients:

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 中筋麵粉

1 teaspoon baking soda 泡打粉

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 肉桂粉

1/4 teaspoon salt 鹽

1/2 cup butter, softened 牛油 軟

1 cup sugar 糖

2 eggs 蛋

2 medium apples diced peeled 中等大小蘋果切塊

Steps:

1 Heat oven to 175 degrees. Grease 9 inch cake pan.

預熱烤箱至175度,並於9英吋蛋糕烤盤抹油。

2 In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in apples. Pour into cake pan.

在大碗中攪拌牛油和糖值到輕且蓬鬆,一次一個把蛋攪入,在拌入麵粉、泡打粉、肉桂粉和鹽。倒入蘋果。在倒入蛋糕烤盤。

3 Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool for another 10 minutes. Serve!

烤40-45分,或直到插入牙籤沒有粘東西,放涼10分,取出蛋糕後再放涼10分。完成。
