Egg whites 6
Milk 4 tbsp
Honey at least 5 tbsp
Bread flour 3/4 cup
Veg oil 5 tbsp
Sugar 1/4 cup
1 Beat the egg whites while adding the sugar. Keep beating until stiff peaks form.
2 Heat milk and honey, then add the oil. Stir until the mixture seems thoroughly mixed, then add flour.
3 add yolks and egg. One at a time. Then, carefully fold egg whites 1/3 at a time into the mixture.
4 pour into a cake pan lined with parchment paper then bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes. Or until top of cake has a caramelized color.
